All of You Counselling and Psychotherapy 

All of You Counselling and Psychotherapy offers general counselling and psychotherapy services in a traditional face-to-face setting at our warm and welcoming offices in Clane, Co. Kildare. Our therapist, Karl Barry is a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist who holds an honours degree in psychology and a master's degree in psychotherapy. Karl is fully accredited by the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) and National Association for Professional Counselling and Psychotherapy (NAPCP). He helps clients who may be experiencing emotional or psychologically distressing issues such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, low self-worth, trauma, family issues, stress and anger management or who may be experiencing loss or bereavement or facing a difficult moment in their lives.

Karl also specializes in sports psychotherapy, couples therapy or relationship counselling as it is also known, and psychosexual or sex therapy. For further information on any of our services, you can find out more on our services page.

We also offer walk-and-talk therapy and can meet individuals for a walk along the banks of the River Liffey in Clane, Co. Kildare. This type of therapy combines the benefits of counselling and psychotherapy, exercise and being outdoors. For clients who prefer the convenience and comfort of their own space, we can provide online therapy over Zoom.
