There are many reasons why people may choose online therapy over traditional face-to-face sessions. Barriers such as anxiety, physical disabilities, family, work, or educational commitments or difficulties commuting to our office can sometimes make attending face-to-face more challenging.

Many clients benefit from engaging in online therapy from the comfort of their own space. Online sessions are conducted over Zoom and maintain the same ethical and professional boundaries that guide our face-to-face sessions.
